🍲 RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
5 potatoes.
Olive oil.
Salt. Black pepper.
Fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Italian herbs.
Dried garlic.
Stir well.
2 red onions.
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Olive oil.
Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
7 mushrooms.

Salt. Black pepper.
Fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
1 carrot.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 red bell pepper.
1 orange bell pepper.
1 eggplant.
Pour in water.
Salt 1 tablespoon.
Leave for 10 minutes.
1 zucchini.
Mix the vegetables well.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
2 garlic.
Pureed tomatoes 1 can / 200 ml.
Mix well.
Cover and simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes.
4 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Milk 1.5 cups / 300 ml.
Cream 1 cup.
Flour 1 cup.
Mix well.
Dill.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.
Greek yogurt / sour cream 2 tablespoons.
2 garlic cloves.
Dill.
Mustard 1 teaspoon.
Salt. Black pepper.
A delicious sauce is ready!
Cheese.
