Al Shamam Restaurant: Located in Al Mubarakiya Bazaar, this Kuwaiti-Iranian gem serves fried pomfret fish, Ghalieh Mahi, Mutabbaq, saffron rice, and charcoal-grilled kebabs. A true fusion of rich flavors.
Moukallat Khafeefah: Known for its creative sandwiches like the Moshakel, featuring falafel, eggplant, and more. Their shawarma and macaroni sandwiches are a must-try!

We also visited a farm with Kapitan Abed to celebrate Kuwaiti National Day with:
Mutabbaq: A layered grouper fish and rice dish with fragrant spices.
Maqluba: A stunning dish of rice, chicken, and vegetables cooked to perfection.
Koobideh Kebab: Juicy skewers grilled over charcoal, served on a tray shaped like the Kuwaiti flag.
