Hiii! Just had a bagel in liberty bagels in nyc- sesame bagel, cream cheese, egg, cheese. I estimated it at 1000 but maybe I am wrong? Could it be more?

Two eggs is about 150-180.
Cheese is probably 100.
Cream cheese is another 100
