Is there a place in Austin or near Austin where you can sit down and eat good Polish food. Maybe with a Polish beer or 4? I'm talking about real Polish food. None of that Americanized "perogies". This photo is just a glimpse into what I'm talking about.
-Pierogi ( many different flavors)
– grilled chicken
– pork hock
– cabbage rolls
– oven roasted potato slices
– kopytka ( I would say they're like a potato dumpling?)
– white sausage
– grilled pork neck or shoulder
– pork schnitzel or cutlet
– a great assortment of sides like sauerkraut, beets, cucumbers in sour cream, etc etc.
