    I was going to make regular pasta but decided to make this and only realized there was no milk when I had already committed. Takes me back to college where I wouldn’t use milk then so I didn’t have to worry about it spoiling

    I never ever add milk. I just retain a small amount of the pasta water and use a little extra butter.
