if 1 bar = 50cal & there's 4 servings per container, shouldn't the servings per container be 200cal?? or why not just label as 55cal a bar 🤨

    The values on the nutrition label are rounded. So for example, maybe the bars are 54 calories each (rounded down to 50), which would be 54*4 = 216 calories total (rounded up to 220).

  2. Because companies are allowed to round up or down certain amounts for different items in the nutrients panel. If it benefits them they around up. If it hurts then they round down.

    That’s why Tic-Tacs are one calorie and zero sugar despite being nearly 100% made of sugar.
