    Used 150 g of starter, 300 g of water, 500 g of bread flour and 10 g of salt. Baked with lid on at 450 for 25 minutes and then at 425 for 15 minutes uncovered and let cool

    It’s so funny, the auto mod in this sub reddit. Like this subreddit has the most strict, anti-friendly rules that are always popping up when someone who is proud of their loaf decides to post. What a shame.
