Kept it simple with chicken wings, which also happens to be one of my favorite foods. Nice and steady at 320ish F no prob. I'm hooked.

    Try it without the deflector and just run a half fire. Get some nice char and flavor.

    I’ll usually smoke my wings more around 275 with just some salt and the skin comes out very crispy. Pecan wood works great with poultry.
