Best thin/crispy but chewy chocolate chip cookie near midtown?

I'm near javitz and I wanna try some good cookies!! But I can't go super far. I don't like the huge levain style cookies. See photo for the style I like! I LOVE oatmeal chocolate chip but regular chocolate chip is delicious too! Has anyone seen this style cookie?
