    I think if you make kombucha from a sourdough scoby it technically counts as beer

    Since people in comments are saying kombucha: remember food safety, using scoby from sourdough to make kombucha is like ingesting raw flour -> it can make you sick. Better leave your tea on a counter for a week and make proper kombucha 😀
