Roast: Combine cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, chili, and harissa in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season, and roast for 20-25 minutes. 1. Cook pasta: Prepare spaghetti, reserving 300ml pasta water. 1. Combine: Stir Nooch and half pasta water into roasted veggies, toss with spaghetti, adding remaining water as needed. 1.Serve: Divide pasta into bowls, garnish with harissa oil and basil.
