They are bigger than they look in the photo and super filling.
I used this recipe for the shrimp but used less butter/honey and no oil. (I dont track spices)
I used this recipe for the cucumber "slaw" but again less oil/sugar/gochugang and added carrots and poblano peppers. I make these korean cucumbers a lot and usually just slice them, they are very good all on their own.
I mixed greek yogurt with lime juice for the topping.
