You’ll never miss the eggs! Soft and chewy! Feel free to swap out the chips for raisins!
Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 C brown sugar
1/3 C granulated sugar
2 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t cinnamon
1 1/2 C rolled oats
3/4 C flour
3 T milk
3/4 C chocolate chips or raisins

Good evening Karen; hope you and your family are safe from the devastating fires. These cookies look delicious! I’ll have to try this recipe with raisins. I like oatmeal raisin cookies over chocolate chip ( I know I’m a bit weird LOL) I work with 3 RNs that have chickens so I get fresh eggs often. Stay safe out there my friend.

Wow, no eggs 🤔. I used a free coupon from krogers today for X-Large eggs 🥳. This looks fantastic & I luv the smell of fresh baked oatmeal cookies 😋. They should make an oatmeal cookie candle, not sugar cookie. Lol 😹
I always thought eggs were pretty much mandatory for cookies so yeah I really can't believe it but they look perfect! I could totally go for some nice oatmeal cookies right now!
