Any basic, low-cal food (like my go-to boring breakfast of eggs on a whole wheat English muffin) is immediately bumped up a notch in appearance, nutrition, and flavor with just some microgreens! I was only recently introduced to these, and it's amazing how everything is amped up from them.

  1. I love microgreens! A guy at my local farmer’s market sells a “spicy mix,” and that’s my favorite — awesome on salads and wraps. I also like rice cakes with cottage cheese, tomatoes, and microgreens.
