Party Appetizer: Crispy Cauliflower Bites

Craving a crunchy and satisfying snack that’s also healthy? These Crispy Cauliflower Bites are the perfect answer! Made with fresh cauliflower, coated in a flavorful batter, and baked to perfection, these bites are a delicious and guilt-free treat.

Ingredients:

1 whole Cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp Oregano
1/2 bowl Maida (All-purpose flour)
1/2 bowl Cornflour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Water
For Sauce:
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce (optional)
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp Lemon Juice
For Garnish:
Butter
Parsley
Instructions:

Prepare the Cauliflower: In a bowl, combine cauliflower florets with oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat.
Make the Batter: In a separate bowl, combine maida, cornflour, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Bake the Cauliflower: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Combine and Serve: Toss the baked cauliflower florets with the sauce. Garnish with parsley and melted butter. Serve hot.
Tips:

For extra crunch, double-coat the cauliflower florets in batter and breadcrumbs.
Experiment with different herbs and spices for the coating.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
