4 Roma tomatoes
4 Tomatillos
1 White onion
Cloves from 1 whole garlic
2 Jalapeños
1 Poblano
1 Bell Pepper
1 small can of pineapple chunks
1 small can of chipotles in adobo
Juice of 2 limes
Cilantro
Salt/pepper

Smoked at 225⁰ for 90 minutes. Added all ingredients to food processor. Pulsed until desired consistency.

I added about half of it to a Velveeta/cream cheese mixture for queso.

This is the first time I've attempted salsa and it turned out damn good. Sweet at first then comes the spice. Good kick but it doesn't linger too long.

    If you want to save yourself some prep time, you can do whole garlic bulbs. Slice the top off, make a little aluminum foil boat for them, drizzle the open ends with olive oil, and smoke them until they are soft. Then you can just squeeze the softened cloves out into a bowl and mash them with a fork.

    My half asleep brain totally went to “hey, look at this guy smoking limes!” …. Then it re-adjusted and I saw that it was salsa ingredients before I read the title or scrolled across.
