  1. Here’s the recipe and I used rotisserie chicken which I used a hand beater to shred, substitute sour cream for Greek yogurt, Vidalia onion. Enjoy.

    Ingredients:
    2 cooked chicken breasts
    2-3 stalks celery, minced
    1 small red onion, minced
    Kosher salt
    Fresh cracked black pepper
    ⅓ cup mayonnaise
¼-⅓ cup plain yogurt (I use more if it’s Greek style yogurt since it’s thicker)
    2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    Kosher salt
    Fresh cracked black pepper
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional, I use it if I have it)

  2. I never heard of the hand beater trick to shred the chicken! It oddly sounds fun too

  3. Credit op. I’m just adding line breaks and bullets. Recipe looks great!
