Recipe is Joan Nathan’s My Favorite Challah from NYT online. I learned to make this as a little kid, but I have done barely any baking in ten years–gluten free baking is super depressing. The absolute best you can hope for is kinda ok, so I just lost hope.

My gluten intolerance disappeared while I’ve been pregnant 🤷🏻♀️. Weirder things have happened. Congratulations!

Hi! Freshly milled flour often does not cause issues with those who have gluten intolerance. If you start reacting again, I encourage you to look in to this! I have a grain mill and just mill organic wheat berries then bake with the flour, one extra step to healthy bread
