Delicious Avocado Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients
• Avocado: 1 (ripe)
• Cucumber: 1 (grated and water squeezed out)
• Yogurt: 1 cup (thick and creamy)
• Garlic: 1 clove finely minced
• Salt: To taste
• Olive oil: 1–2 tbsp
• Lemon juice: (adjust to taste)
• Mint leaves: Very little, chopped finely

For Garnish
• Pomegranate seeds
• Parsley (chopped)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Base:
• Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh onto a serving plate or shallow bowl.
