“Spicy or not spicy” is very subjective. I find 2x to be about the right level of Buldak for me, but I also don’t really like the flavor well enough to buy it again.
But on the other end, I have coworkers who think banana peppers are spicy and extended family who insist chili oil is “very spicy” even though I personally can’t even tell if any capsaicin is in them at all.
