This stew has so much flavor and so healthy for you! If you love lentils, but don’t know how to prepare them, this recipe is so good! All of the ingredients are healthy and taste so good. You can switch out the regular potatoes for sweet potatoes too. If you can’t find Ras el Hanout (a Moroccan spice blend), you can use curry spice blend (I love Madras curry).
Make sure to use brown lentils, as red lentils will dissolve, and green lentils just won’t taste the same!
