Langostino, (kind of a baby lobster crawfish thingy) fried up in spices and Cajun seasoning
Lemon/dill/caper remoulade sauce with lotssss of lemon zest
Red onion + Tomato
Brown sugar sautéed sweet onion
Fresh dill
Lettuce
