First run of some beef ribs on Traeger 22 came out great. Also used MEATER to monitor the cook and confirmed with instant read.

SPG rub with light Worcester binder and a sprinkle of onion bits. Smoked at 250 till 158 (about 2.5 hrs) and spritzed with apple juice/water every 45 min or so. Then wrapped in foil till it reached about 203. Only rested for about 30 min cause everyone was hungry. Finished it with a Skins’ playoff win.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

Looks great. Next time, try no wrap, no spritz and take to 210 rest down to 140. Probably means you have to start around 5-6 AM. You will like those results
