Mini garlic coriander naans and Indian inspired dips

    A sharing plate of food – the naans are from a recipe in Vegan Richa’s Indian Kitchen cookbook, but a quarter of the size they’d usually be to give 32 instead of 8. Cooked in a pan on the hob, and brushed with garlic and coriander butter while hot.

    The dips are, clockwise from top left, a makhani/butter chicken style sauce (also from the cookbook), a mint and cucumber raita, a coriander and mint chutney, and a tomato, onion, and chili chutney, the latter three recipes all just improvised.
