I'm so proud lmao. Any tips for future making would be appreciated – i was planning on adding spinach but thought it was a little too soggy so I left it out this time

    not bad!

    The rice is a bit lumpy, but spreading that thinner can be improved with practice. Also I think the Julienne cut carrots is a bit overkill, a simple Batonnet cut (same sized cuts at the meat/egg) works just fine.

    And yes, spinach is a reasonable addition!
