    Nope. We weren’t allowed to wear any type of headgear in any restaurant I’ve worked at. Maybe a headscarf when you were a Muslim woman, but that was about it.

    But what if your ears and neck are so cold you just want to be covered all the way down? What if it doesn’t actually mean anything. I don’t think it’s fair to be misjudged as the last one when one simply doesn’t want to be cold.
