    Looks good. Have you tried cutting it into steaks first and then cooking direct/indirect? Also good.

  2. I love picanha. Legit my favorite meat. Anyone have an insight into the difference between smoking and doing it direct? I think I’ve ever only had it on direct heat, thinly sliced with a little salt. Brazilian BBQ style. Very curious what it’s like smoked.
