What was your timing like for baking all of this? Did you make a lot of the doughs ahead and freeze, make it all at once in a few days, etc.? Great job! They’re beautiful and I bet they taste delicious. This year was only my second year making Christmas cookie boxes for 8+ families and several friends and the timing is still something I really struggle with and end up rushing at the end.

I made 900 myself and gave them away in 20 boxes. All the blood in my feet felt like it was replaced with lactic acid but it was fun
