    You sir deserve an award for that meal. Love the cross hatch marks, the crust, the deep red medium rare, looks juicy, the mash is nice, the cream of spinach looks delicious. The asparagus looks good too, just funny that it was laid down at an angle.

    I’m not sure how you call a bone in rib-eye steak a roast? It looks an inch thick or so, so it’s a steak, little rare for my taste but looks good nonetheless.
