Birthday cake!

Made this vanilla cake with vanilla American buttercream and a peach compote filling for my daughter’s first birthday smash cake!
I’m pretty proud of it as this is only my second ever cake! I’ve since then learned how to make a smoother base layer on the sides and sharper corners on the top but overall I’m kind of proud of this one! Also made some cupcakes to match her One Sweet Peach birthday theme! Same thing as cake, vanilla cake vanilla buttercream and peach compote filling!
