The grapes for this Chablis were cultivated by Thomas Pico, their friend and owner of Domaine Pattes Loup. This is therefore a guarantee of quality, equal to the philosophy of Domaine De Moor.
Green apple, pineapple, peach, caramel. Nice minerality and slightly savory.
