Smoked on Traeger Ironwood until they had the color I liked. Wrapped in foil with just a bit of sauce, apple cider vinegar, butter and honey until tender. Back in the smoker to set up a bit then lightly sauced and let tack up. Bones pulled clean, melts in mouth

*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Looks good. I will probably get hate for this, but I personally like my ribs to fall off the bone. For me it’s just easier to eat and I love then that way.
Personally, I like to have a bit of bite to my ribs, but I’ve considered doing something like this to do my own version of the “McRib” sandwich,
They say that “fall off the bone” is over cooked, but me personally I like a soft tug on mine
Looks great! Would you mind sharing your method, temps, etc? I’ve been trying ribs using the “3-2-1” method at 200 and they always come out tough.
I just do them in the instant pot and finish on the treager. Cheat code. Seems to be about the same result.
Perfect. Don’t listen to the “I wanna tear meat” crowd.
