Caramelized Bananas: This will give a "creme brulee" effect

Put some sugar into a frying pan, put your bananas on it, and wait for the sugar to melt and caramelized, I would say a bit more than medium heat. You don't have to touch anything, but don't wait too much, if your caramel becomes dark brown it will taste bitter and your bananas would be burnt.
