First 0-400 wings in 14 degree weather on my Traeger 575. Traeger has 375 and 425 or 450 I can’t remember so I just did 375. Turned out great. Hot wing seasoning and some corn starch. Threw on at cold temp of Traeger and flipped at 30. Pulled off after another 30, so 60 total. Nice and crispy. Next time I’ll do sauce but wife didn’t want any and I couldn’t feel my hands when being outside so I opted not to this time. Will do again.

Where did you find the grill blanket ? I’ve checked all my local stores and no one has them
Did you put the wings on there from the gecko or wait until the temperature got to 400?
Just a heads up those blankets aren’t for anything over 350. Anything higher they can burn or get damaged. That being said I have to try this method.
What’s the purpose of a grill blanket?
