First attempt at pulled BBQ chicken, though not pulled well.


I got the recipe last week from a post by r/TropicalSkysPlants. Cook time was about 3.5 hours on high since it was more than 2 chicken breast in the slow cooker.

    Recipe:

    5 Chicken Breast

    Salt & pepper

    Paprika

    Garlic Powder

    Onion powder

    Ranch

    2 1/2 18oz bottles of BBQ sauce.

    About 3.5 hrs on high.

    I recommend cutting up the breast a bit beforehand.

    If you have a stand mixer, it’s a game changer for shredding chicken, I just use the regular attachment and it does a great job.
