I had been purchasing these as a good protein snack, not to dry or tough and decent taste. I opened a new box at night and wasn’t paying attention and wound up with projectiles from both ends. I sent an email to them with pics explaining that I’ve never had a problem before so I’d like a replacement or refund, their choice, and I’ll sent the box back on their dime. I thought I was being rational about the situation. Didn’t hear back so I sent another mild email and it’s like they are ghosting me, I even have an account with them.

File a BBB complaint for the failure to respond AND an FDA complaint for the rotten food. You were nice, they weren’t, they should be held accountable to the fullest extent.

You will almost assuredly hear back from them with some sort of attempt at satisfaction. You could even get an attorney involved, instead of filing complaints, if you want to go that route.

Report that shit to the FDA. People will absolutely get sick, hospitalized, and die from this. Call it out early. Food poisoning is no joke.

That looks like something rich astronauts would eat

  7. The bag is blown, pic 2 looks like it’s been blown a while but the bottom one in pic 3 looks more recent. It’s something unfortunate that happens with vacuum sealed bags when they get rough handled, dropped, thrown around etc.

Always avoid anything in a vac bag with visible air pockets
