


My 17 yo son made focaccia for the first time with just a little help from me. We used the recipe from "The Big Book of Bread" which i took out from the library. Recipe was easy to follow and well written. The bread came out beautiful and is one of the best things I've ever eaten.
Of note: sundried tomatoes got scorched in the oven. We picked them off but you can see them in the background.
