Husband is in the hospital. Grandfather died less than a week ago. Trying to be somewhat healthy. Trying to keep sane. Keeping strong on avoiding drive thru meals. For now.

  1. I’d gladly share this meal with you and let you vent. Protein veggies grains. Good work keeping your body and mind strong.

OP this is not shitty. I would eat this happily. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

This looks like a great dish that I’d happily eat. I’m sorry for your loss and best wishes to you and your husband. Everything will be okay.

  5. That doesn’t even look bad at all. I would eat it without thinking twice

Hey OP, this looks amazing AND healthy! I’m sorry things are shitty, and I hope they get better. Remember be gentle with yourself and if you need to go through the drive through, just make a plan for your next meal. 💕 be strong!

Sorry you’re going through it, OP.

If it helps, I’m a chef and I’d eat this. Like, not even side eye it. I’d actually just eat it and be happy about it. You should see some of the food I’ve put up for myself at home. Not a patch on this.

In our household, we call this a Melange. Looks really great, actually!

You’re going through a tough time – hope things smooth out soon.

Those frozen mixed veggies are a godsend when I’m going through a depressive episode.

Whatever keeps you healthy, but honestly this looks yummy to me
