Smoked some chicken breasts salt pepper garlic powder to 160° pull and cover them until they hit 165°. Cut them up and douse them in Japanese bbq sauce. Paired with plain rice and some roasted broccoli.

Every time we go grocery shopping we get a frozen pizza for that night so I smoked that thing too.

Now as I prepare for bed I’m putting on a brisket that I’ll wrap in the morning before heading to work and I’ll throw in a cooler on my lunch.

I love my Traeger.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

Damn! That’s a great idea and it looks scrumptious!

What are the measurements for the salt, pepper and I take it that’s onion or garlic powder?
