    Should be fairly easy.

Make your biscuit crumb base as normal with butter etc, just don’t fill it.

Mix up your filling and put it in piping bags instead of over the base, pipe the snakes and set it in the fridge. Done

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this in an etsy shop and they’re clay. Super cute tho

  3. Not sure if you know that this is actually clay, not a real cheesecake?

As for could you make an edible version yourself…yes. would it be straightforward? No.

To add on from u/Majestic-Lake-5602 comment, the base will be easy and done first. Then the bottom snake added and ‘should’ be possible if you adjust the consistency of the cheesecake filling. It would need to be quite a firm consistency in order to hold its shape.

Once set, add sliced strawberries and cover with a strawberry coulis.

The tricky bit for me would be the snake on top. You’d want to make that separately and place in top at the end, but I’m struggling to think how to do it with cheesecake filling. Personally I’d have a few attempts at it using meringue.

  4. I’d get someone to model molds for it in CAD then get them 3D printed with food safe resin printing or food safe SLS printing. Fiverr has people who can do it. It wouldn’t really be a cheap project.

Yes, it sure is possible. But it’s not easy! It will probably look like s**t when you trying do something like that for your first time.

Idk but if I were trying to make this, I would probably find a no bake recipe, make both the filling and some sort of cream cheese whipped cream for the top very dense. I would put in piping bags, cool in freezer briefly before piping, and then freeze the two piped parts separately until you are ready to plate them. It won’t be perfect, but you could probably get close!

Adding onto what others have said, if you find a round plastic tube to set the cheesecake mix in, then you can shape it in the snake curves and cut it away with a box cutter when the cheesecake is set and place it on top the crust. Or you could set it in a custom mold- like a jello mold but use it for the cheesecake filling. Good luck!
