Serving size is 11ml, so per serving it would be around 0.38 grams of carbs. So even if you do 3 times the portion size that’s only 1 gram of sugar. Should be fine. Ingredients list doesn’t show any added sugar either.

Would be for me. I could stay in ketosis if I stayed under 50g of carbs a day

Perfectly fine, 100ml of cream is a lot of cream, and even then 3.5g net carbs is not that much.
