OKOBOJI, Iowa (KTIV) – It’s the season of giving, and The Ritz in Okoboji is embracing the holiday spirit by hosting a free Christmas dinner for the community.
A warm invitation is extended to everyone who may need somewhere to go this holiday season. Guests will be treated to a delicious spread of roasted chicken, ham, hearty casseroles, and all of the traditional sides. This event is a long-standing tradition at The Ritz, and it’s only made possible through the generosity and support of the local community.
“We just want everyone to have a place to go and to feel welcome,” says Taylor Genrich, owner of The Ritz. “I can’t stress enough, it was able to come together with the generosity of the local businesses, Ritz customers, and the Ritz staff which made it all possible.”
Dinner will be served from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Christmas Day.
