In this video: Im showing you my favorite Low Calorie + High Protein BBQ Ranch Chicken Pizza that taste DELICIOUS & is perfect for someone who wants to lose body fat & get in shape. This is perfect if you still want to eat foods that taste great all while still reaching your fitness goals !
INGREDIENTS :
– 1 Kontos Greek Lifestyle Flatbread
– 1/4 cup Rays sugar free BBQ sauce
– 1/4 cup reduced Fat Mexican or Mozzarella Cheese
– 2 slices Good & Gather Turkey Bacon
– 3 oz Good & Gather Grilled Chicken Breast
– Handful of Red Onion
– Oregano (optional)
RANCH DRESSING:
– 1/4 cup Friendly Farms plain non fat greek yogurt
– 1-2 TBSP of hidden valley ranch seasoning
– Sprinkle of black pepper
– Water to thin the consistency
– Garlic paste (optional)
(1-2 TBSP used over pizza)
MACROS:
400-450 calories
45g Protein
22 Net Carbs
12g Fat
(Keep in mind this also has around 8-10g of fiber so it isn’t counted into the total amount of calories!)
