I’ve had boxes delayed a day or so, it happens! That said, I you can check a couple of ways. Your home page may have a tracking link for your box if it’s still in transit. If it indicates delivered it could have been misdelivered or stolen. Also check your email for any messages about a delay. They are sometimes late to notify me about delays, but after a day I’d expect something. Hope that helps.

Are you sure it was to be delivered yesterday? That shows you were charged on 1/13, they typically charge you a few days (maybe 6 even?) before the box ships. I’d guess your delivery date isn’t until this weekend or next week. In the app it tells you what day you have selected as your delivery day

Are you in an area affected by snow, ice, or fire (assuming you’re in the US)?

Usually we get ours delivered Monday, we get charged the Wednesday the week before

If it says delivered it’s most likely delivered as the only person who can mark that is the carrier delivering it

Our first box 1/7 we never got. Initially they said it was delayed to the next day. Next day passed and no more emails nor a box. We reached out & got a refund. This weeks box came just fine. You need to get ahold of them
