Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs, skin-on and bone-in
1 lemons (1/2 juiced, 2 sliced)
1 tbsp oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 tbsp butter

Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer or oven to 200°C (400°F)
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, add the chicken thighs and combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken thighs skin-side down. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and is golden brown.
Steam the Broccoli: While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli florets in a pot for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender but still bright green. Toss in butter and season with salt and pepper.
