   Middle of summer here down under . Is it too hot for soup. I think not. I’ll put the airconditioning on inside and cook this in the outdoors kitchen near the bbq area. I can’t wait for winter to try this one.

    Very good. Not sure about the rosemary and thyme though. Will give it a try. I always use 'schcarole'!

    You’re making me hungry I have been craving minestrone soup, you make it just the way I like it including the finish with the olive oil drizzle and pecorino ramano, macaroni added when serving. Perfection.
