Air Fried Chicken Tikka Kebabs!
I served these on a warm garlic naan with mango chutney, raita, lime pickle and a tonne of salad. Really delicious, healthy and super easy. Who wants it?
Recipe:
4-5 chicken thighs, cut into 2cm pieces
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp tikka masala paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
Juice of half a lemon
A pinch of salt
Spray vegetable oil
To serve
Garlic naan
Mango chutney
Raita
Lime and chilli pickle
Salad
1. Combine the chicken thighs, yoghurt, tikka paste, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Allow to marinade for at least 15 minutes.
2. Thread onto skewers that fit into your air fryer.
3. Spray the air fryer with oil and preheat to 200c. Add the skewers, spray with more oil and cook for 15 minutes until cooked through. Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving up on a garlic naan with all the condiments and salad
