Cook the pasta, save some water set aside with oil drizzle. Rinse the scallops and shrimp then marinate in oyster sauce while onions cook. Caramelized onions for 1.25hrs(longer is better but I was lazy) add black pepper and set aside. Throw some ghee and minced garlic to the pan. Add scallops and shrimpies for 3 mins then set aside. Throw more ghee, garlic, and oil into the pan. Mix in that leftover pasta water. Add all the set aside ingredients/pasta to the pan and mix in the sauce. Top off with green onions, shredded, and powdered Parmesan. Eat with steamed broccoli as a side. Only missing thing I wanted to add was shitake mushrooms.
