Ingredients (makes 4 smaller waffles)
3 large eggs
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice – I used erythritol
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp heavy cream
4 tbsp melted butter
fillings as desired, I like egg and cheese. Also delicious with bacon, sausage or any other breakfast sandwich fillings you like!
