I find that something I really crave is variety and novelty in texture and presentation of my food, so this really satisfies that for me. I used a cabbage and carrot mix plus cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and chopped almonds, tossed them with some soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Topped with the TJs frozen mandarin fake chicken. If anyone has other suggestions for vegetarian recipes that are similar in their variety of textures and flavors, let me know!

I’m new to calculating calories and macros but I think this comes out to about 300 calories and 15g of protein
